Although federal law still considers all marijuana use to be illegal, there is a need for companies to keep abreast of changing legislation.

Foulke will also discuss under what circumstances companies should conduct drug testing.

Also, e-cigarettes have become very popular lately, with some employees claiming that workplace no-smoking policies might not apply to them. Foulke will discuss whether companies need to update their policy on smoking at work to account for this new technology.

Registration for the webinar, in cooperation with the National Association of Tower Erectors, is available here.
