Trylon CEO Paul Royal, at left, and PerfectVision Manufacturing CEO Bob Chastain believe they have brought to the market what their customers are looking for: market leading innovation, a national distribution footprint, strong manufacturing capabilities and the full support of two ‘tower expert’ engineering teams.

PerfectVision Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer of satellite, broadband, and wireless products, and Trylon, an end-to-end wireless infrastructure developer and tower manufacturer, have entered into a partnership agreement for a long-term joint manufacturing and distribution relationship to support the growing demands of the industry.

The alliance will drive continued improvement in the quality and cost of products in the wireless marketplace by aligning PerfectVision steel manufacturing operations with Trylon’s extensive production capability when market demand requires.

PerfectVision’s operations, utilizing its sister company Perfect 10 as the distribution channel, is strategically located to serve all of the continental US.

Perfect 10 offers solutions to the wireless industry in steel components, jobsite solutions, structural components, fiber, DAS and small cells.

Perfect 10 is the sole distributor of PerfectVision’s innovative LIFE Mounts designed to protect the LIFE of the technology, the tower, and most importantly, the installer.

The cooperative operational approach allows PerfectVision Manufacturing and Trylon to maximize production capacity out of multiple facilities to meet demand even at the highest points of the market, according to both companies.

“Working with Trylon and leveraging their engineering expertise while increasing manufacturing capacity creates a compelling partnership.” said Bob Chastain, CEO of PerfectVision Manufacturing in a statement.  The availability of product when and where needed is a critical aspect of the PerfectVision promise, according to Chastain.

The partnership will allow Trylon to expand their engineering services footprint and utilize the PerfectVision distribution network across the U.S. driving value for the end user. A key advantage for Trylon is the utilization of PerfectVision products in project specification.  PerfectVision products support standardization of design, ensure accuracy throughout the scope of work and secure a direct connection between demand and product availability.

“We believe this collaboration will help us better serve our clients with increased capacity and design standardization with the innovations of the LIFE Mounts.” said Paul Royal, CEO at Trylon.

Trylon, a full turnkey solutions provider, has been manufacturing towers for more than 80 years.
