Toby Wheale.. I knew this man. I only met him once, but talked to him occasionally on the air. He was an interesting man with lots of knowledge..

    He WILL be remembered..

I also knew Toby... I worked with him about 10 years ago up in Wisconsin for a company named BCS Wireless, I was saddened to hear of his passing. He possessed a great deal of knowledge and experience which could have been shared within the tower industry, he will be missed by those who knew him.

This accident is truly saddening, but must be used as a learning and teaching example for the rest of the industry.

All the experience and knowledge in the world will not keep you safe while working on a tower.

Your equipment and the knowledge of how to use this equipment, coupled with the mind set of using it correctly, is the only thing which grants you the opportunity of going home to family and friends at the end of the day.

My most Sincere Regards to his family and friends.
