Your article hits home regarding how AT&T tried to take a theoretical model and shove it down the FCC's throat. Good for them that they did the research to rip apart AT&T's statements that this was good for America. Their own internal documents make them look foolish. When you read through the report you realize that almost everything they said was not just a marketing embellishment, but an out and out lie. AT&T wants us to "Rethink Possible." The FCC says they're not even thinking plausible. Again, good for them.
