Cable slack is more prominent on monopoles

    When you have to return to a monopole site to tension a fall arrest cable, it is not always the fault of the crewmember who installed it. Oftentimes, if the monopole was not properly jacked into place according to the manufacturer's specifications when erected, it will settle over time, causing slack in the cable.
