It's important that all wireless construction agreements be reviewed by an attorney, but sometimes it's difficult due to client construction urgencies. However, when contracting to install a tall tower foundation, it's imperative. Many foundation contracts begin at $500,000.00 and are eight-week projects that can easily be increased by 25% to 50% in time and cost due to different sub soil conditions than those presented with the bidding document reports. Just because you provided a clause in your proposal that you would be entitled to additional compensation if the conditions changed, doesn't guarantee that you can collect the additional funds as some contractors over the years have discovered. Ensure that it is referenced in the client/contractor contract. Better yet, let your attorney decide upon the best way to protect your interests.
