Other than proper insurance you also need documented proof of training

  1. OSHA and most states require RF & Competent Climber Training on a Annual basis and at the beginning of a new employment. RF training is easy, fast and can be done online or live and with proof of that training you can avoid fines from OHSA & prove "due Diligence" on your behalf if it came down to a lawsuit. And on a site EVERYONE is liable - the maintenance supervisor, land owner, tower owner and any company leasing antenna space on that tower and everyone gets equal shares in any fines or lawsuits. Be safe. Be smart. And on any lease papers, make sure you both agree on who provides training and what training is mandatory to access the site. Anyone have anything to add to this?
