    Federal communications projects are often demanding and a four-site wireless communications build had the following specification: The first section of conduit from the sweep in the ground shall have a ¼ weep hole with 6 of loose gravel below it. It's not a difficult task, unless, of course, the inspector reminds you that it hasn't been done after the terminations have been completed and the area has been backfilled and compacted.
