This has to be a classic one. A DOD bid we provided was found to be unresponsive because we made a material error.

We were required to provide a cut sheet of antennas and other items that were to be supplied that met the specifications for the project that included a number of small towers, their installation, etc.

A catalog page was submitted for one of the components and the bid was thrown out because at the very bottom we didn?t notice that it said: ?Prices subject to change without notice? ? even though we whited out the pricing on the page and the only prices we submitted were correctly put on the bid tally pages in the front of the bid forms of the proposal.
