If you are equipped with an anti-two-block system, professional erectors on the tower with communications to the ground and a qualified tag man, then the operator should be able to conduct a safe lift. However, an inattentive rigger will easily miss a section or other load as it hangs up on the structure. A good operator will sense this immediately either by the sound of his engine or when he sees a sudden rise of the rope above its normal ground level height, and quickly stop before being warned by a fellow employee.
