I think Nate and the task force would be better equipped to manage standards and accreditation and decide upon what third party should provide the management of worker credentials. They've been at the forefront of safety and training for 20 years when PCIA was just interested in the major tower owners and carriers welfare. Mr. Adelstein does have the horsepower with the DOL, OSHA and the FCC and knows how to work the political system, But I'm not sure if PCIA has the manpower and knowledge to truly understand construction and safety. Mr. Harrison is also familiar with auditing since it was when he was in charge that Sprint signed up with PICS to manage their contractors. Sprint is also a member of the safety task and I'm sure Mr. Harrison still wields some clout with Sprint. It will be interesting to see how this pans out.
