Key industry leaders John P. Kelly of Crown Castle International and Jeffrey A. Stoops of SBA Network Services will be two of the featured panelists during a joint luncheon meeting of the Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee Wireless Associations on June 9, 2006 at noon at the The Chattanoogan, 1201 South Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN.

Registration begins at 11:00 a.m. There is also an evening social planned on June 8.

Kelly was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Crown Castle in August 2001. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Crown Castle. Kelly joined Crown Castle in 1998 as President of Crown Castle USA. From January 1990 to July 1998, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Atlantic Cellular Company L.P. From December 1995 to July 1998, Kelly was also President and Chief Operating Officer of Hawaiian Wireless, Inc., an affiliate of Atlantic Cellular.

Kelly has served on the Board of Directors of the Cellular Carriers Association of California (CCAC) and served as Chairman of the CCAC Public Relations Committee. He currently sits on the PCIA Board of Directors and serves as the Chairman of PCIA's Site Owners and Managers Alliance.

Stoops is President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of SBA Communications Corporation. He has been Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2002. He was appointed President in April 2000 and has been a director since August 1999. Stoops served as Chief Financial Officer from December 1998 to April 2000. He joined the company in March 1997 as Senior Vice President responsible for finance, capital market activities, mergers and acquisitions and legal matters of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Stoops was a partner with Gunster, Yoakley, a Florida based law firm, where he practiced for 13 years in the corporate, securities and mergers and acquisitions areas.
