These forms are solely provided by WirelessEstimator.com as a convenience to users to provide user-provided and user-verified information.

By printing, viewing or relying upon the Emergency Services Locator or Job Hazard Analysis, you acknowledge that the details regarding emergency services information, maps, directions and hazard assessments or any other information herein has been reviewed by a competent person within your organization to ensure its accuracy.

The user further agrees to indemnify and hold WirelessEstimator.com, Wireless Estimator, Inc., its directors, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of the Emergency Services Locator and all available forms.

WirelessEstimator.com will not publish or distribute the user’s email address and it will remain confidential. However, on occasion, WirelessEstimator.com will send the user an email alerting the user about ESL revisions or changes affecting their usage of the emergency services locator module. WirelessEstimator.com will also provide limited news bulletins affecting workforce safety and other important matters. All emails will provide a mandatory Safe Unsubscribe option.
