
Ansco & Associates’ Andy Sams (left) and Crown Castle’s Josh Case have joined the National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) Board of Governors, supporting the organization’s mission to advance safety, quality, and workforce certification across the industry.
The National Wireless Safety Alliance (NWSA) has announced that Josh Case, Senior Safety Manager at Crown Castle, and Andy Sams, Vice President of Wireless Operations at Ansco & Associates, have been appointed as members of the organization’s Board of Governors.
In their roles as members of the Board of Governors, Case and Sams will work with representatives from a broad cross-section of industry who are tasked with recommending NWSA policy and overseeing the activities of various committees to ensure continuous improvement of industry safety and quality.
As Senior Safety Manager at Crown Castle, Case leads a team that works with contractors to improve their safety culture. He has over 28 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, spanning operations, construction, project management, and quality assurance. His career in telecom began as a tower technician in the 90s, working primarily on structural modification and tower erection projects. Eventually, this path led him to his current role at Crown Castle.
Serving as Vice President of Wireless Operations at Ansco & Associates, Sams leads enterprise-scale wireless infrastructure programs across the company’s service regions with a firm commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism. With over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, he has built a reputation for delivering operational excellence, client satisfaction, and uncompromising safety performance. Known for his hands-on leadership and field-first mindset, Andy prioritizes crew safety, regulatory integrity, and client satisfaction.
