
Services have been announced for Toby Cole, 62, of Harlingen, TX, who passed away September 12 after he fell from a tower he was servicing in Little Rock, AR.
Born on July 12, 1963, he is preceded in death by his parents, father Eusebio (“Alex”) and mother Margarita A. Alejandro, and paternal and maternal grandparents.
Toby was patriotic; he loved sporting the American and Texas flags. He was employed with Precision Communications LLC of Grove, OK, for the past 15 years.
He was a proud tower technician and a lifelong resident of Harlingen. He loved his job, climbing and maintaining broadcast towers, listening to music, and barbecuing.
Toby leaves behind his common law wife of 29 years, Frances Gray; daughter Kassandra (Gilbert) Becerra, Son Kenneth Waite, son Cody (Emily) Alejandro, daughter Jolene (Gavin) Alejandro-Chacon; stepchildren Natalie Marie (Jon) Gray-Sanchez, Lucas (Heather) Gray, Andrew (Adriana) Gray; siblings Marco (Lucy) Alejandro, Javier Alejandro, Ruth Alejandro; niece Amanda Alejandro, nephew Marco Alejandro Jr; grandson Sebastian Becerra, future granddaughter Mavis Alejandro-Chacon; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. at Trinity Funeral Chapel of the Holy Spirit in Harlingen.
A chapel service will begin on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at Trinity Funeral Chapel at 1:00 p.m.
Interment will follow at Ashland Cemetery in Harlingen. Serving as pallbearers will be Marco Alejandro, Javier Alejandro, Cody Alejandro, Lucas Gray, Andrew Gray, Kenneth Waite, and Juan Tovar.
