In addition to his role as Chairman, Drouin serves on the Financial Investment Council, Legislative & Regulatory Council, and Award Selection Council. He has also previously served as Board Oversight to the Trade Show Committee.
Randy Scott, CEO of Texoma Contracting, Inc. in Muskogee, Oklahoma, was re-elected to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Scott has been a member of the NATE Board of Directors for nine years and currently serves as Board Oversight to the Tower Family Foundation Golf Ad-Hoc Committee. He previously served as Board Oversight for the Integrated Infrastructure Services Committee.
Mike Young, President & CEO of ANCO Wireless in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was re-elected to serve as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors. Young has been a member of the NATE Board of Directors for 5 years, serving 2 terms. During his tenure, he has held several leadership roles, including serving as Chairman of the Association’s Multi-Media Council and as Board Oversight for the Workforce Development Committee.
“I would like to congratulate Victor, Randy, and Mike on being selected by their industry colleagues from the NATE Board of Directors to serve on the Executive Committee for another year,” said President & CEO Todd Schlekeway. “Victor, Randy, and Mike are the right leaders for these roles given the Association’s ongoing collaboration with wireless carriers and leading industry customers, as well as our continued commitment to fostering a healthier contractor ecosystem. The Executive Committee will also play a critical role working alongside the NATE Board of Directors, staff, and committees to implement the Association’s ambitious growth, safety, workforce development, legislative and regulatory advocacy, and customer diversification goals outlined in our 2026 Strategic Plan.”
