The free event is expected to be well-attended. The expo will be held at Valmont’s expansive corporate headquarters facilities in Valley, Nebraska, just a few miles outside of Omaha.
The NATE 2022 UAS Expo Hosted by Valmont will be held on June 27-28, 2022 in Valley, Nebraska. Leveraging Valmont’s expansive corporate headquarters facilities, NATE will host a variety of different exhibitions and experiments to further the industry’s understanding of the benefits and future opportunities of UAS operations around communications towers. Some of the demos and testing that are anticipated to take place at the NATE UAS Expo include the following

• Data Modeling and Impacts to the Tower Lifecycle
• RF Interference During Flight
• Antenna Impact (Crash!) Study
• Tower Easter Egg Hunt
• Safety Assessments and Rescue Capabilities
• BVLOS Operations

Drone Service Providers and other technology and software-based companies interested in participating in the various 2022 NATE UAS Expo testing events, flight exhibitions and demos will be required to pay a $1,000 entry fee. Proceeds from this exhibitor entry fee will be donated directly to the Tower Family Foundation and Warriors4Wireless.
