Primus Vice President of Sales Rob Menees said that the new Phoenix location was not a “pop-up limited focus warehouse,” but a full service fulfillment center serving the wireless industry.
Primus, one of the nation’s largest and leading wireless distributors, announced today the grand opening of Primus West, a second fulfillment center in Phoenix, Ariz., in the Freeport Industrial Center near Interstate 10/Papago Freeway and the 51st Avenue interchange.
The new location boasts 100,000 square feet of warehouse space – more than doubling their current distribution capacity – which allows them to better service western United States customers by providing shorter shipping times as well as increasing inventory and product availability to all customers.
The full service distributor, established in 1980, can now reach 97 percent of the United States in two business days or less.
“Our new Phoenix facility greatly enhances our ability to provide customers with the products they want when they want them and with the same wide array of high quality products as our Illinois location,” said Rob Menees, Vice President of Sales.
“This is not a pop-up limited focus warehouse,” said Menees. “The size of our facility speaks loudly to our customers of our commitment in servicing them. Our primary objective is to satisfy our customers’ needs by providing a one-stop shopping point for jobs and projects in the western states, just as we do for the rest of the country out of our Morris, Illinois facility. We will continue to provide customers with the high level of service they have come to know and expect from Primus.”
The facility is located at 601 S 55th Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.
