“The purchase of AC Site Management represents a logical next step in creating substantial value for Subcarrier, and for our customers,” said Subcarrier Communications CEO, John Paleski, adding that current and prospective Subcarrier customers “benefit through new service capabilities, and expanded geographic reach. I am excited and optimistic about the future synergies and economies of scale we have created here.”

Subcarrier’s acquisition of AC Site Management complements the recent Houston regional office opening and the addition of telecommunications industry veterans Dudley Norman and Greg Weger. Norman has secured over $46 million in sales for various telecommunications infrastructure projects throughout previous tenures with competitors American Tower and Lockard & White.

Greg Weger brings over 25 years of experience in key managerial executive positions in the telecommunications industry and is a key figure in a recent project involving the rooftop dome replacement of Houston landmark Williams Tower, formerly Transco Tower.

With the Houston office serving as its Southwest territory base, Subcarrier, based in Old Bridge Township, N.J., aims to deepen its presence throughout the Southwest.

The strategic purchase adds diversity to Subcarrier’s national telecommunication tower portfolio, and provides additional resources to meet the demands of its clients seeking high-performance telecommunication solutions along with a talented execution team. The transaction symbolizes Subcarrier’s committed investment in serving its multi-industry clientele featuring wireless carriers, broadcasters, federal agencies, municipalities, real estate and telecommunication tower owners.

Current AC Site Management customers will continue to be served by Subcarrier’s office in Houston.

Founded in 1986, Subcarrier is the nation’s 19th largest tower owner, according to Wireless Estimator’s Top 100 Tower Companies in the U.S.
