Melissa Acosta has acquired a majority stake in Front Range Wireless from Aaron Kingstrom, above, who founded the company in 2001. He will assist Acosta as a co-owner and board member of the company.
Front Range Wireless, a telecommunications infrastructure services provider, announced that wireless industry executive Melissa Acosta had acquired a majority stake in the company, transitioning Front Range Wireless to become a Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) in 2023. Most recently from QualTek, Acosta will lead Front Range Wireless’ operations as President.
Founded in 2001 by Aaron Kingstrom, Front Range Wireless started in Centennial, Colorado. Now Co-Owner and Board Member of the company, Kingstrom will continue to help lead the company alongside Acosta in providing quality wireless infrastructure solutions designed to exceed industry standards. The company’s core executive and leadership team has a combined 120 years of leading industry experience and is comprised of qualified technicians that are highly professional and dependable while focused on the company’s philosophy: to understand their clients’ goals and needs and to create an optimum plan accordingly.

Acosta is a seasoned telecommunications expert with 20 years of experience in the industry. She was most recently the Executive Vice President of Business Development for Qualtek Wireless. She recently joined the Front Range Wireless team to initiate the purchase process and to integrate as a new leader within the company. Acosta began her career in telecommunications in 2002 and has a diverse background in the telecom field, holding various management and executive management positions with carriers, services vendors, and staffing firms nationally.
