Drouin is reseated as NATE’s Chairman along with Vice-Chairman Scott; Young is elected as Secretary/Treasurer

NATE announced that Board of Directors members Victor Drouin, Randy Scott, and Mike Young were selected by their peers to serve on the Association’s Executive Committee for the upcoming year. The Association made the announcement on the first day of the NATE UNITE 2025 Conference and Trade Show in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Victor Drouin, President of Green Mountain Communications, Inc. in Pembroke, New Hampshire was re-elected to continue serving in the role as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Drouin, the 8th Chairman in the Association’s 30-year history, also serves on the NATE Financial Investment Council, NATE Legislative & Regulatory Council, and as Board Oversight to the NATE Trade Show Committee.

Randy Scott, CEO of Texoma Contracting, Inc. in Muskogee, Oklahoma, was re-elected to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Scott has been a member of the NATE Board of Directors for eight years and currently serves as Board Oversight to the Small Cell & DAS Committee and TFF Golf Ad-Hoc Committee.

Mike Young, President & CEO of ANCO Wireless in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was elected to serve as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors. Young has been a member of the NATE Board of Directors for four years, encompassing two different stints. Young has fulfilled a variety of other leadership roles during his tenure with NATE, including service on the Association’s #ClimberConnection Video Task Team, the Safety and Education Committee, and as Board oversight for the Workforce Development Committee.

“I would like to congratulate Victor, Randy, and Mike on being elected by their industry colleagues from the NATE Board of Directors to serve on the Executive Committee,” said President & CEO Todd Schlekeway. “Victor, Randy, and Mike will assume a vital leadership role guiding the Association through the current challenging marketplace environment that exists for our contractor member companies. Additionally, the Executive Committee will also play a critical role collaborating with the NATE Board of Directors, staff, and committees to implement the Association’s ambitious growth, safety, workforce, advocacy and customer diversification goals and initiatives outlined in our organization’s 2025 strategic plan,” added Schlekeway.
