CIVIL CONSTRUCTION FOREMEN, CIVIL TECHNICIANS (top)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to the following:

• Read, interpret and execute blueprints and construction drawings
• Instruct and follow of all OSHA and Company Fall Safety procedures
• Proper inspection and use of personal safety equipment.
• Maintain material inventory on crew truck and warehouse

Building antenna mounts that will be located on towers, water towers, on top of rooftops etc.

Installing parabolic (microwave) or linear (sectors for WIMAX/CDMA) antennas on mounts, grounding the antennas following LEAD FSE’s direction, connectorizing the cable following the specs for particular style coax you are using, pointing the antennas per the direction of the LEAD FSE, weatherproofing per the direction of the LEAD FSE following the specs on the connector and providing documentation of the site deliverables as directed by the LEAD FSE.

Mobilitie, LLC is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Network Deployment Team in Newport Beach CA. Mobilitie is one of the largest privately held tower companies in the United States. Working closely with Network Deployment department executives, the Project Manager will be responsible for the construction program management and oversight of 3rd party resources in the deployment of fiber based wireless networks, including but not limited to indoor and outdoor DAS systems. This position will primarily work in the Southern California/Southern Nevada area but will facilitate projects nationally as well. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage vendor partner relationships to drive overall project progress.
* Provide internal and external reporting and metrics on all active projects.
* Attend and/or run project status meetings with clients, partners and/or contractors.
* Interact with municipal officials and other relevant governmental agencies as required in the selection, permitting, and approval of DAS and related projects.
* Ensure adherence to contract and design specifications managing cost, schedule and quality.
* Perform regular field inspections, audits and overall quality control for all active projects.
* Responsible to manage projects through project close-out and customer acceptance ensuring as-built documentation is complete and accurate.
* Perform due diligence related to critical invoicing matters.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s degree required with 5-7 years equivalent professional experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
* Strong familiarity with wireless telecommunications industry required with technical understanding of network construction and specifically DAS systems.
* Advance working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
* Qualified candidate will have strong project management experience, a commitment to quality and cost consciousness, as well as the innate ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing demands.
* Willingness to travel 

This position will be in the field 75% of the time monitoring active construction projects in an urban environment. Candidate should be fully prepared to work in a complex field environment.

The Project Manager role involves overseeing the efforts of the team, including Technical Coordinators. The candidate must be results driven, able to look at a project from a high level to determine requirements from shake holders to complete the project.
