Wireless initiatives for Kentucky parks to be discussed at April 5 Louisville luncheon
The Kentucky Wireless Association will hold their first lunch meeting of the year on Thursday, April 5 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Embassy Suites in Louisville. Their guest speaker will be J.T. Miller, Commissioner of Parks for Kentucky. J.T. will provide the latest in State initiatives to update the parks with WIFI and Cellular/PCS coverage. J.T. was the CFO for the Commerce Department prior to becoming Commissioner and will educate the association's members on how wireless impacts companies that are considering job or industry expansions. In a gesture of appreciation for the wireless industry, J.T. is going to give away several free nights at Kentucky parks and resorts as door prizes.
On Wednesday, April 4, there will be a social hour at the Fox and Hound Pub & Grille from 5:15 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Registration for the $25.00 lunch is required through PayPal on the association's web site.
The Fox and Hound is located at 302 Bullitt Lane, Louisville, the Embassy Suites is at 9940 Corporate Campus Drive, Louisville.
