Fall arrest systems are relatively easy to install. They adapt to various members with mounting brackets suited to the tower type. If you are installing it on an existing structure, care should be taken to install the system so antenna mounts and other accessories do not prohibit a technician from having an unobstructed climb.

If you are erecting a new structure the cost of the labor to install the climbing ladder is typically included in your erection pricing, however, if it’s a new install on an existing structure, the average price provided to the client to install a cable climb system is $495.00 for a 250’ structure plus mobilization expenses.
