Climbing ladders are relatively easy to install. They adapt to various members with mounting brackets suited to the tower type. Care should be taken to install ladders so that tower members do not prohibit a climber’s ability to stand directly on a rung.

If you are erecting a new structure the cost of the labor to install the climbing ladder is typically included in your erection pricing, however, if it’s a new install on an existing structure, the average price provided to the client to install a climbing ladder is $4.95 per linear ft. plus mobilization expenses as well as the installation cost of a safety climb system.
